Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about a workshop unit and to request a quote.

We require 2,000 to 4,000 sq ft, with high eaves for vehicle ramps, in the Sheffield or Worksop area. Our budget is £1,500 to £2,000 per month.

We are in a position to pay six months' rent in advance on the right unit, from the start of the lease.

Fleet Service and Repairs is a new commercial workshop. We will open with two ramps and add further ramps if the floor area allows. The business is backed by Gavin of Greenlight Haulage, who has run a fleet of 10 vans for 8 years. Our website is fsrgarage.co.uk.

Please send details of anything you have in that size, including the eaves height, the monthly rent, and whether six months in advance is acceptable.
